Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of cargo.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends, optimize routes, and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade laws.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve shipment delays and logistics bottlenecks.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the logistics support team to maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
