Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze shipping data and freight rates to negotiate optimal contracts with carriers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment delays and logistics bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation using ERP systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Prepare and review logistics documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
