Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily transportation schedules and freight forwarding activities.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with carriers to secure optimal rates and service levels.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and certificates of origin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
