Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end shipment coordination across air, sea, and land freight networks
- Implement AI-powered route optimization reducing transit times by 15%
- Manage customs compliance documentation for 500+ monthly shipments
- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex logistics disruptions
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities in multimodal transport
- Develop contingency plans for port congestion and weather disruptions
- Coordinate with 15+ international carrier partners for capacity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in international logistics with port hub exposure
- Expertise in customs regulations (EU/US/Asia) and Incoterms 2020
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle Transportation)
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German or Mandarin advantageous
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Demonstrated crisis management in supply chain disruptions
