Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for European distribution networks
- Optimize freight routing and carrier partnerships to reduce transit times by 15%
- Implement inventory control systems for high-value commodities
- Manage customs clearance procedures for 15+ countries
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse KPIs
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor performance metrics
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- 5+ years experience in international logistics operations
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and EU customs regulations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German or French beneficial
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP preferred
