Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate contracts with shipping carriers to reduce costs by 15%
- Implement and maintain compliance with international trade regulations (WCO, ASEAN standards)
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure 99.5% on-time delivery
- Develop KPI dashboards to track logistics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage customs clearance documentation and ensure adherence to Singapore PSA regulations
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor selection and contract renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL or multinational logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP TM preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and ASEAN trade compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics cost modeling
- Proven track record in optimizing multimodal transportation networks
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin proficiency
