Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reporting for management.
- Resolve complex shipping issues and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak shipping seasons.
