Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations across 15+ European countries using our proprietary AI-powered logistics platform
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier partnerships to reduce carbon footprint by 15% annually
- Manage customs compliance and documentation for international shipments exceeding €50M monthly
- Implement inventory control systems to achieve 99.8% order accuracy across 3 distribution centers
- Analyze logistics KPIs and develop data-driven solutions for cost reduction and service improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects with procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams
- Maintain compliance with EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) and IMO 2020 regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics with 2+ years in coordinating European supply chains
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP SCM or Oracle Transportation Management required)
- Proficiency in customs regulations (TARIC, AES) and INCOTERMS 2020
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process optimization training
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience in logistics KPI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau)
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages highly valued
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
