Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations including air, sea, and ground freight
- Implement lean logistics strategies to reduce transit times by 20%
- Manage customs compliance documentation for EU/UK/North American corridors
- Oversee warehouse inventory optimization and distribution network
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in international logistics coordination
- Expertise in customs regulations (EORI, IATA, IMO)
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Descartes)
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German/Spanish beneficial
