Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Analyze shipping routes and logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and key clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, freight documentation, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
