Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and freight coordination
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce transit times and operational costs
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs authorities
- Utilize TMS/WMS systems to track shipments and resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Analyze KPIs including on-time delivery, freight spend, and inventory turnover
- Lead continuous improvement projects for warehouse and transportation efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years experience in international logistics with APAC focus
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-border communications
- Experience with customs regulations and compliance in SEA markets
