Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal.
- Draft, review, and argue complex legal motions and briefs with precision and advocacy.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and strategic counsel on case progress.
- Supervise junior associates and legal staff, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paralegals and legal tech specialists.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Strong academic background from a top-tier university.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on persuasive advocacy.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex commercial disputes.
- Proficiency in legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
- Admitted to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or equivalent body in the UK.
