Responsibilities
- Advising senior management on commercial contracts and corporate governance.
- Overseeing regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to FCA and GDPR standards.
- Managing litigation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Leading M&A transactions and due diligence processes.
- Developing and implementing IP protection policies.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in FinTech or Corporate Law.
- Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
