Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curriculum frameworks aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses for corporate and higher education clients
- Implement UX/UI best practices to optimize learner engagement and knowledge retention metrics
- Leverage data analytics to iterate on learning solutions using xAPI and SCORM standards
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and content developers
- Maintain accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all digital learning assets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training or higher education
- Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Expert proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS administration (Moodle, Canvas)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning projects with measurable impact (ROI/LOs)
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and cognitive load theory
- Certification in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Experience with video scripting, storyboarding, and multimedia production workflows
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
