Responsibilities
- Curriculum Strategy: Design comprehensive, multi-module learning paths that align with business goals and learning objectives.
- Content Creation: Author engaging e-learning content using industry-standard tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) including interactive scenarios, videos, and assessments.
- Collaborative Design: Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), UX/UI designers, and developers to translate concepts into functional, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure all learning materials adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and internal quality assurance guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Review learner analytics and feedback to iterate on course content, improving completion rates and knowledge transfer.
- Instructional Leadership: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design system and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of instructional design experience, with a proven track record in the EdTech, corporate training, or higher education sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Lectora) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Visual Literacy: Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating at least three complex e-learning projects is mandatory for application.
