Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across various departments.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using various metrics and tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs when necessary.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually, fostering an interactive learning environment.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development to continuously innovate our offerings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive learning resources and documentation within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and curriculum development.
- Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
