Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
  • Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using various metrics and tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs when necessary.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually, fostering an interactive learning environment.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive learning resources and documentation within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training.
  • Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and curriculum development.
  • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
