Responsibilities
- Design and implement immersive learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Lead end-to-end course development from needs analysis to evaluation and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SMEs, developers, UX designers) to create engaging content
- Conduct learning analytics to measure effectiveness and iterate on educational solutions
- Develop and maintain learning management system (LMS) architectures and content libraries
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate innovation workshops with faculty
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning design with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging multimedia content
- Experience with learning analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
