Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum modules integrating AR/VR technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with educators to align content with Common Core standards
- Analyze learning analytics to continuously refine pedagogical approaches
- Create assessment frameworks measuring student engagement and knowledge retention
- Maintain compliance with FERPA and COPPA regulations for digital learning platforms
- Mentor junior curriculum designers and peer-review content quality
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years developing K-12 curriculum with demonstrated impact on student outcomes
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong data analysis skills using educational metrics dashboards
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ curriculum implementations with measurable results
- CA teaching credential preferred
