Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curriculum blueprints aligned with adult learning principles
- Lead user research through focus groups and learning analytics to optimize engagement
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from needs analysis to deployment on LMS platforms
- Mentor junior designers and conduct instructional design workshops
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and implement innovative learning strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning transformations with measurable impact
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD CPTD, CDA) or related field
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field
