Responsibilities
- Design and develop cutting-edge eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Lead needs analysis to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional content
- Implement learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Develop adaptive learning paths for diverse audiences
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from scoping to evaluation
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design with portfolio showcasing corporate training projects
- Expertise in adult learning theories and ADDIE/SAM models
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe CC)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP)
- Experience with LMS administration (TalentLMS, Cornerstone)
- Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum familiarity
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical learners
