Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create interactive e-learning modules and assessment tools

- Lead training workshops for educators on implementing new instructional methodologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile development frameworks
- Conduct market research to identify emerging educational trends and technologies
- Mentor junior instructional designers and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum or corporate training programs
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and differentiated instruction
- Experience with data-driven instructional design and learning analytics
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple deliverables
- Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
