Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions aligned with client business objectives and adult learning principles
- Leverage data analytics to assess learning effectiveness and continuously optimize program performance
- Create immersive learning experiences using authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from L&D, HR, and executive leadership teams
- Develop learning architectures including microlearning modules, virtual instructor-led training, and performance support tools
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick and Phillips ROI methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to innovation in our design thinking framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 5+ years of corporate learning experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of complex learning solutions for enterprise clients
- Expertise in authoring tools, LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday), and learning analytics
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, cognitive science, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable learning strategies
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certifications in ATD, CPTD, or similar learning and development credentials preferred
