Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance gaps and create targeted training interventions
- Develop engaging content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia platforms
- Conduct needs assessments, learning evaluations, and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness
- Lead end-to-end curriculum development from concept to deployment across multiple delivery modalities
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices through continuous research
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate training programs in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse learning modalities (eLearning, virtual instructor-led, microlearning)
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
