Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM models and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating learning impact metrics
