Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and microlearning experiences using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into intuitive learning journeys
- Conduct learning needs assessments and create data-driven instructional strategies
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and performance analysis
- Develop comprehensive curriculum blueprints aligned with industry standards and accessibility guidelines
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate creative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Measure learning effectiveness through KPI tracking and iterative optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate training or higher education solutions
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong portfolio showcasing learning experience design projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
