Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions (e-learning, microlearning, instructor-led) aligned with client business objectives
- Lead needs assessments and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Develop storyboards and prototypes using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including subject matter experts and UX designers
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles while adhering to Agile methodologies
- Conduct user research and iterate on solutions based on feedback data
- Stay current with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday) and emerging learning technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years designing corporate learning programs with proven portfolio
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and backward design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and learning management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning data interpretation
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience developing compliance training and soft skill curricula
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and visual storytelling
