Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate K-12 curriculum modules aligned with educational standards and learning objectives
- Create engaging multimedia content including interactive simulations, video tutorials, and assessment tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure academic rigor and accessibility for diverse learners
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and improve curriculum effectiveness
- Lead training workshops for educators on implementing new instructional strategies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum rollouts across partner districts
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum or educational products
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with curriculum mapping and alignment frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into age-appropriate content
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
