Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry trends
- Develop multimedia learning modules including interactive simulations, video content, and adaptive assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops with educators, technologists, and subject matter experts
- Analyze learner performance data to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Create training materials and professional development programs for educators
- Stay current with emerging EdTech tools and pedagogical methodologies
- Manage curriculum lifecycle from concept to implementation and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 or professional education curricula
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating curriculum development with measurable impact
- Understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with data-driven curriculum analysis and improvement cycles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
