We are seeking a visionary Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead the creation of immersive, high-impact learning programs at EduTech Innovations. Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate 360, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical requirements into engaging, accessible content.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously optimize course performance and retention rates.
- Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, including needs analysis, storyboard creation, and final delivery.
- Maintain and update existing course libraries to ensure currency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and propose strategic learning solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, including AI in learning, to innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within the corporate or EdTech sector.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and cognitive psychology.
- Experience implementing courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
