  • Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously optimize course performance and retention rates.
  • Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, including needs analysis, storyboard creation, and final delivery.
  • Maintain and update existing course libraries to ensure currency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and propose strategic learning solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, including AI in learning, to innovate our product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within the corporate or EdTech sector.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and cognitive psychology.
  • Experience implementing courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
