Responsibilities
- Design and develop blended learning solutions (eLearning, virtual classrooms, microlearning) aligned with adult learning principles
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Create storyboards and prototypes using authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Lead accessibility compliance initiatives ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Manage LMS administration and learning technology integrations
- Mentor junior designers and champion instructional design best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years creating corporate training solutions for diverse audiences
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Proven experience with ADDIE/SAMDIE methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and learning analytics tools
