As a key member of our Learning Design team, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional technologists, and UX specialists to create scalable, evidence-based learning solutions. Our mission is to democratize access to world-class education through cutting-edge pedagogy and technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learner-centered curricula for K-12 and higher education markets
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments
- Create assessment frameworks aligned with educational standards and learning objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects with agile methodologies and iterative design cycles
- Analyze learning analytics to optimize course effectiveness and user engagement
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing digital learning experiences for formal education
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in curriculum architecture and multimedia learning objects
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS administration
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can specifications and learning analytics platforms
