Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions combining microlearning, gamification, and AI-driven personalization
- Conduct learning needs analysis for multinational corporations using data analytics and stakeholder interviews
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, UX specialists, and content developers
- Develop learning metrics frameworks to track ROI and optimize program effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships for LMS platforms and emerging educational technologies
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality standards through rigorous QA processes
- Present learning architecture strategies to C-suite executives and external clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience designing corporate learning solutions for multinational audiences
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable learning impact metrics
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or UX design
- Experience with agile project management in educational contexts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for learning analytics
