Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks for corporate and academic clients using ADDIE and SAM methodologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning modules
- Create multimedia assets including interactive simulations, video scenarios, and gamified assessments
- Conduct learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and optimize learner outcomes
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, UX specialists, and content developers
- Stay current with emerging edtech trends and implement cutting-edge learning technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing corporate training or educational programs with proven portfolio
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with learning analytics platforms and data-driven instructional design
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
