Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, and agile methodologies
- Create compelling eLearning modules, video scenarios, and interactive simulations using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct learning needs analysis and audience research to inform curriculum development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business objectives
- Implement LMS integration and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Lead accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design initiatives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct peer reviews of learning materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate/academic learning programs
- Expert proficiency in Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise) and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ completed learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or UX research
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can and learning analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learner-centric content
