- Lead agile development cycles from ideation to implementation
- Analyze learning metrics to optimize program effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry trends

Qualifications
- 7+ years in instructional design with proven portfolio of corporate learning solutions
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and iterative design methodologies
- Certification in ATD, CPTD, or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday)
- Demonstrable experience with virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
- Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing measurable learning outcomes
