Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions including microlearning modules, virtual simulations, and performance support tools
  • Conduct learning needs assessments through stakeholder interviews and performance gap analysis
  • Create storyboards and prototypes using industry-standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and seamless user experiences

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions with measurable impact
  • Portfolio demonstrating 15+ learning projects across diverse modalities
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive load principles, and ADDIE/SAM models
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
  • Certification in ATD CPLP, CPTD, or similar professional designation
