Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative eLearning modules, virtual simulations, and blended training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials
- Conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses for Fortune 500 clients
- Leverage Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms to create interactive content
- Analyze learning metrics and iterate on designs to improve knowledge retention
- Mentor junior designers and maintain best practices in instructional design methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience creating corporate training programs in diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in adult learning theory and cognitive science
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience implementing xAPI and SCORM standards
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) preferred
