Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions including eLearning modules, virtual simulations, and microlearning assets
- Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and success metrics
- Create storyboards and prototypes using industry-standard tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and track analytics to optimize learner engagement
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and client stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical best practices
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate training solutions in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in authoring tools: Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful learning projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies for instructional design
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Exceptional visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
