Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions integrating microlearning, simulations, and AI-driven personalization
- Lead needs analysis and learning architecture for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and technology sectors
- Develop performance metrics frameworks to demonstrate ROI and optimize learning interventions
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality standards through our rigorous ADDIE-X methodology
- Conduct user research via focus groups and learning analytics to iterate on content effectiveness
- Manage LMS integrations and emerging EdTech partnerships to enhance delivery ecosystems
- Present learning solutions to C-level stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 8+ years designing corporate/organizational learning with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and xAPI standards
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ deployed learning solutions with ROI metrics
- Certification in ATD CPLP or similar industry-recognized credential
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI for learning analytics
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global teams
