Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate learning experience with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning transformation projects
- Certification in ATD CPLP or equivalent instructional design credential
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
