Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions using modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging microlearning modules
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments
- Implement LMS integration strategies using platforms like Cornerstone and Workday Learning
- Lead UX/UI design for mobile-first learning applications
- Analyze learning analytics to optimize content effectiveness and ROI
- Mentor junior designers and conduct quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in instructional design with corporate training focus
- Advanced certification in ATD's CPLP or similar credential
- Portfolio demonstrating successful LMS implementations and mobile learning projects
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in xAPI/Tin Can tracking
- Proficiency in multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across global organizations
