Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, virtual simulations, and blended learning programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and create targeted solutions
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools to deliver scalable training
- Conduct learning evaluations and iterate based on performance metrics and feedback
- Lead cross-functional projects to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and promote innovative learning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education programs
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE model
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning project implementations
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design
