Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative digital curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and accessibility guidelines
- Lead user-centered design sprints with educators and students to identify learning pain points
- Develop interactive learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Conduct learning impact assessments through data analysis and user feedback loops
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate cross-functional design thinking workshops
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and integrate best practices into design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing digital learning experiences for K-12 or higher education
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning design projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with user research methods and learning analytics tools
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
