- Conduct learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick model and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Lead creation of comprehensive learning architecture documents and storyboards

- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality assurance across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing corporate learning solutions with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Certification in learning experience design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences
- Experience with xAPI, SCORM, and learning analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver high-stakes projects on deadline
