Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Lead needs analysis and create comprehensive learning architectures aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into engaging microlearning modules
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize learning effectiveness
- Manage end-to-end instructional design projects from concept to implementation
- Develop performance metrics and learning analytics frameworks to measure impact
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for learning experience design
Qualifications
- 8+ years of instructional design experience with portfolio demonstrating learning experience design
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Expertise in adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM, Agile methodologies)
- Proficiency in LMS administration (Moodle, Canvas) and xAPI/Tin Can standards
- Strong visual design skills with knowledge of responsive design principles
- Experience developing compliance training and certification programs
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
