Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create high-quality, interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and design software (Adobe XD, Figma).
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough instructional analysis to identify learning gaps and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and scenarios that resonate with adult learners and drive retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams to translate content into engaging multimedia assets.
- Accessibility: Ensure all learning materials adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Performance Tracking: Integrate analytics and LMS (Learning Management System) reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media Design, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of project types, from micro-learning to complex compliance training.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
