Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions including e-modules, virtual workshops, and performance support tools
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses with subject matter experts
- Create compelling storyboards and prototypes using industry-standard authoring tools
- Implement and optimize learning management systems (LMS) for seamless delivery
- Measure learning effectiveness through data analytics and iterative improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and content developers
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and pedagogical trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years designing learning solutions for corporate or higher education settings
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Proven experience with ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating learning analytics and ROI measurement
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Exceptional visual communication and user experience design skills
