Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions incorporating microlearning, gamification, and AI-driven personalization
- Lead needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives aligned with business KPIs
- Develop storyboards and prototypes using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and emerging authoring tools
- Conduct learning effectiveness evaluations and iterate based on data analytics and user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for instructional design methodologies
- Stay current with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Cornerstone) and emerging learning technologies
- Present learning solutions to executive stakeholders and secure stakeholder buy-in
Qualifications
- 7+ years of instructional design experience with portfolio showcasing complex learning solutions
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies with proven project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia development software
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar) preferred
- Experience designing compliance training and leadership development programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable design improvements
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
