Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative blended learning programs using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360
- Develop engaging microlearning assets and performance support tools for enterprise clients
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick's model
- Lead virtual and in-person training workshops for 50+ participants
- Analyze learning analytics data to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Manage curriculum development from ideation to deployment with agile methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and maintain best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 5+ years creating corporate learning solutions for adult audiences
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design models
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning) and authoring tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating learning experience design excellence
- Certification in ATD CPLP or similar preferred
- Experience developing compliance training for regulated industries
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
