Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end learning solutions aligned with client business objectives and adult learning principles
- Lead needs analysis and curriculum development for Fortune 500 clients across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop interactive eLearning modules, video scenarios, and gamified assessments using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning effectiveness evaluations through data analytics and iterate designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with UX researchers to optimize learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and integrate innovative pedagogical methodologies into project deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (7+ years experience required)
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating complex learning experiences for adult audiences
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform instructional design decisions
- Certification in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
